We believe that every young person deserves a chance to pursue their dreams, regardless of their background. Our mission is to assist students from Manenberg and beyond in gaining access to medical school, supporting those already on their journey, and providing meaningful internships and coaching. Through these efforts, we nurture the next generation of healthcare leaders who will give back to their communities.

How We Are Funded
The foundation is proudly supported by Dr. Randall Ortel’s personal donations, revenue from his medical practice (Dr. Ortel Inc.) and contributions from Ortel Holdings. We have not yet sought external or government funding, ensuring that every donation is managed with transparency and dedication.

Good evening, Randall, apologies for the intrusion. I just wanted to extend my and my daughter's heartfelt thanks and gratitude again to you for referring us to Mansoor. The learner and his mother went to meet with Mansoor and they had a good talk. He came back to school and gave my daughter a hug to say thank you.🤗 They are so grateful that someone reached out to help them.
